Catmon, Cebu | A 20-year-old man, listed as the Top 4 Most Wanted Person at the Provincial Level and the Top 1 Most Wanted Person at the Municipal Level, was arrested by Catmon Police on February 19, 2026. The suspect, identified as “Alias Paul,” a resident of Barangay Duyan, Catmon, Cebu, was taken into custody following a coordinated intel-driven operation.
The arrest was carried out by virtue of Warrants of Arrest issued by Hon. Angeline T. Asdillo-Bascon, Presiding Judge of the Family Court, Seventh Judicial Region, Branch 9 in Danao City, Cebu, for three (3) counts of Qualified Rape.The operation was conducted in accordance with established legal protocols, ensuring the suspect was informed of his constitutional rights. The accused is currently in the custody of the Catmon MPS for proper documentation and further legal proceedings.
