Bogo City | The Catmon Police successfully apprehended the Top 9 Most Wanted Person at the Provincial Level (also ranked as Top 3 at the Municipal Level) on May 12, 2026. The arrest was executed through an intelligence-driven law enforcement operation in coordination with the Cebu PIT,RIU-7.
The apprehension was carried out by virtue of a standing warrant of arrest for violation of Section 5, Article II of Republic Act 9165 (Sale, Trading, Administration, Dispensation, Delivery, Distribution, and Transportation of Dangerous Drugs). The suspect was informed of the nature of the arrest and his constitutional rights. The operation was conducted in accordance with established legal procedures, ensuring proper documentation and strict adherence to due process. The arrested suspect was subsequently transported to the Catmon MPS custodial facility for proper documentation and disposition.
