Tabogon Cebu- A most wanted person was apprehended during a joint police operation, pursuant to a Warrant of Arrest for the violation of RA 8353 in Barangay Muabog, Tabogon, Cebu, on September 5, 2023.
The most wanted individual was identified as “Alias Titing” 20 years old, Male, Filipino, Single, resident of Brgy. Calambua, San Remigio, Cebu. Operating troops of 701st Maneuver Company led by Lieutenant Verano Sacpa (LEAD UNIT), together with CMFC Lapu-lapu City and Tabogon Municipal Police Station successfully served the warrant of arrest of a certain alias “TITING” for violating the RA 8353 or the Anti-Rape Law of 1997 with Criminal Case No. B- 11844 with NO BAIL recommended.
Regional Mobile Force Battalion 7 will not stop enforcing the Law to prevent and control any form of criminality in our community to ensure peace, order and public safety. Further RMFB7 urges the public to actively support and be part of maintaining peace and order in the region.
