Danao City – the 1st Maneuver Company of RMFB 7, under the leadership of Plt Verano Sacpa (Lead Unit), in collaboration with CMFC LCPO, Station 9 CCPO, and Danao CPS, successfully apprehended an individual who held the rank of the 10th most wanted person at both the Regional and Provincial levels. This joint police operation occurred today(November 29, 2023) at 9:30 am in Sitio Coacohon, Brgy. Dunggoan, Danao City, Cebu.
The apprehended individual, known by the alias “Eme,” is a 43-year-old married man residing in the aforementioned location. He was taken into custody for the violation of Acts of Lasciviousness, as indicated by Criminal Case Number DNO-3023, dated July 19, 2013. The warrant for his arrest was issued and signed by the Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 25, 7th Judicial Region, Danao City, Cebu.
The Regional Mobile Force Battalion 7 remains dedicated to the continuous enforcement of the law to prevent any form of criminal activity within the community, ensuring peace, order, and public safety. Additionally, RMFB7 encourages the public to actively participate in and contribute to maintaining peace and order throughout the entire region.
